Overhaul’s Mary Kelledy Winner of Global Women in Supply Chain Award

Overhaul’s Mary Kelledy has been named as one of the winners of this year’s Women in Supply Chain Award. Awarded by Supply & Demand Chain Executive, the only publication covering the entire global supply chain, it honours female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network. She will be honoured at this year’s Women in Supply Chain Forum, which takes place in Atlanta in November.

From Dundalk, Co. Louth, Kelledy, has worked at Overhaul since early 2020. Overhaul is software-based, supply-chain visibility, risk, compliance and insurance solution for some of the world’s leading brands.

As a transformative figure in the supply chain landscape, Mary boasts an illustrious career spanning over two decades. From her beginnings as an engineer to her current instrumental role within Overhaul’s leadership team, she has been a driving force behind the successful orchestration of multifunctional projects, all aimed at propelling the company to new heights.

Mary’s visionary leadership was particularly manifested in two recent initiatives that left an indelible impact. She participated in helping to secure a monumental $73 million in funding for Overhaul earlier this year. This influx of capital not only marked a significant milestone in the company’s trajectory, but also set a new precedent in the industry.

Furthermore, Mary showcased her strategic prowess by seamlessly integrating 350 new employees following an acquisition with SensiGuard Security Services. This marked a period of intense growth, which she managed, ensuring business continuity and team growth during a critical time of transition.

Barry Conlon, CEO and Founder of Overhaul, said:

“Mary is more than a leader; she exemplifies what every woman in the supply chain industry can aspire to be. She is a testament to the potential for women in this industry, echoing the belief that diversity, unity, and resilience lead to success. Her leadership transcends traditional boundaries, leaving an indelible mark on Overhaul’s growth trajectory and solidifying her place in the annals of the industry’s distinguished leaders.”

This honour come on the heels of other industry recognitions, such as Overhaul’s recent Inc. 5000 distinction as No. 1896 on the list of fastest-growing private companies in America and rating as a High Performer in the G2 Summer 2022 Supply Chain Visibility Grid.
