The shipment was fraudulently stolen after a carrier’s network was hacked, and their identity stolen. The criminal actors in this theft hacked the carrier’s email server and brokered the load without the actual carrier’s knowledge.

As Juneteenth approaches, it’s important for shippers to be aware that this is a newer holiday and facility closures may be sporadic. Additionally, since it falls in the middle of the week, it’s important to verify the operating hours of
receiving facilities on Tuesday and Thursday.
